LAST night was a different story...homemade fried chicken, corn that I had put up, and for a side dish, I had some fabulous beef gravy that I had made over the weekend...so I thinned it down, creating a semi thick broth, whipped up some dumplins (added lots of pepper...), brought the broth to a rolling boil and dropped the dumplin's in, one small spoonfull at a time..OHMYGAWD..they were so good! Pepper dumplins with beef gravy..OH yeah!
(I deserved chinese tonight!)
