hubby is very very fond of a bbq sauce down here called "baby Rays'..and I must admit, I do like it too and I'm not that big on bbq. the chicken he slow cooks and puts the q' sauce on for the last 1/2 hour or so.
The ribs, I'll par boil a bit before they go on the grill..not much, but enough. Some put them in the oven overnight and I've thought about trying that, but haven't yet.
I think we are going to pre marinade both the chicken and the ribs in some italian dressing overnight this time..so maybe I'll bake the ribs a little bit before hand.
